Some rates include unlimited kilometres, others have a daily or rental limit. If you exceed the limit, you will be charged the additional kilometre rate specified in the rate conditions.
If you cancel a booking, there is no refund, because the car is ‘blocked’ for that booking and other customer requests for the same car have not been accepted. Changes, with some notice, are possible and may involve price differences or additional fees. If you hire the car for a certain number of days and for some reason are unable to keep it for the number of days hired, you can return the car and the excess will not be refunded.
Yes, we provide high chairs and other extras upon prior reservation, all at an additional charge.
Yes, provided you have prior authorisation from Garage 8. Some regions require additional insurance or cross-border fees. Please provide us with your itinerary so that we can confirm coverage and costs.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicles. Pets are generally permitted, provided they are authorised in advance, and a cleaning fee will be charged.
